This Mermaids Synchronized Swimming Show happening 1st time in India. The pool is all set for London Olympic 2012 Silver & Bronze winning Royal Spanish Swimming Federation that will be in town next month to showcase some of their finest synchronized swimming routines.
A group of 17 water fairies with their glamorous costumes glistening in aqua blue water will make their sport look graceful from the poolside. The synchronized swimmers will perform two shows to enthrall the audience on 2nd And 3rd Feb in Global Swim Centre.

Floral Eiffel Tower is the highlight of the 11-day show…
The annual Republic Day flower show, organised by the Department of Horticulture and Mysore Horticultural Society, will open to the public on January 18 and will go on till January 28. Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar is expected to inaugurate the show.
The main attraction at this year’s show will be a 35-foot high floral replica of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Meant as a floral tribute to Gustave Eiffel, who erected the Eiffel Tower in 1889, the replica will be decorated with more than 2.5 lakh roses and more than 10,000 orchids. It will occupy the most important place at the Glass House. The flower show comprises exhibition of potted plants and cut flowers, Thai art, Jannur, Ikebana, Indian Floral Art, Bonsai and vegetable carvings!

An adaptation of George Orwell’s classic novel Animal Farm, this satirical adaptation by The Films and Theatre Society represents how the political leaders gained power after freedom and eventually India remained slave forever. The play tries to bring the concept of animal farm to Indian struggles for freedom and the developments after that.
